Jim was born and raised in Noble County, Ohio, and graduated from Caldwell High School.  He later received his degree in accounting from Bliss Business College.

In 1986, he returned to Marietta to join Don Fleming to form what is now known as Fleming Watson Financial Services.  Since then he has helped the firm grow to one of Marietta's most well respected investment and advisory firms.     

Jim's areas of expertise include investment allocation, retirement plan design, and estate plan coordination. 

Outside the office, Jim enjoys his grandchildren, is an avid  Ohio State football and basketball fan, as well as a loyal follower of Marietta College Baseball.  He also serves as Treasurer of the Marietta Memorial Health Foundation.
